As the Health Aide at DeGrazia, I am happy to be a Dustdevil and I enjoy working with our students, staff and families!

Every student must have an up-to-date immunization on file from a documented source, or a signed exemption on the basis of medical or personal belief. To learn about student immunization requirements, and our Health Services Department, please visit the Health & Wellness section of our Website.

Please remember, the Health Office DOES NOT provide any medication.  I am able to administer medication from the original container if a signed release form is on file in the health office.
